II. Brokers Representing Buyers
Please fill out the Broker Registration Letter provided on this website and
fax it to 303-317-5334. The purchaser must also designate the Buyer's
Broker in the contract.
Do not disclose to any representative or principal of
Hughes Cattle Company the name of the Buyer you represent except on the
Broker Registration Letter.
III. Offer and Contract
The proposed contract is available for download on this website.
All
offers must include a signed contract. Modifications may be made to
the contract by using the "tracking changes" facility provided in Microsoft
Word. The change will remain in tracking mode and cannot be
incorporated into the document except in our attorney's office.
However, the changes that are included will be considered as a part of the
contract, and thus a part of your offer. The contract must be emailed
to John Birkelbach at birk@mgmsg.com and
faxed with signature to 915-541-1582. The tracked changes will be
incorporated into the document and returned to you by fax and U.S. mail.
Hughes Cattle Company may accept or reject any offer. Hughes Cattle Company will not utilize letters of intent
