Pricing The asking price is $850/acre if the stock of the single entity "C" corporation owning the entire property and the delineated mineral rights are held. There have been no cattle operations on the property for three years. There have been no claims or lawsuits served or threatened. Seller will provide appropriate indemnities. If the buyer chooses to purchase the land, rather than the stock, the price will increase to $1,000/acre.
The seller will cooperate in a 1031 exchange. |
